Our hands-on approach ensures seamless communication and collaboration among all team members.
Our Project Management Process

Building success starts with a meticulous and transparent process. We manage every phase of your project to ensure efficiency, quality, and clear communication. Our team includes Senior Construction Managers who are billed at $200/hour, and Field Supervisors who are billed at $140/hour.
Preconstruction: This phase is focused on setting the project up for success. We assist with the Invitation to Bid (ITB), bid analysis, and detailed scope of work. We also manage all prime estimates and subcontractor proposals received.
Design & Drawing Coordination: We manage all project documentation, including architectural, structural, and MEPF drawings. This includes tracking all revisions and addendums to ensure everyone is working from the most current information.
Project Management & Tracking: This is the core of our day-to-day oversight. We maintain a master schedule, document all meeting minutes, and manage all Requests for Information (RFIs) and submittals. We track daily site activities, logs, and time, and use a consistent Project ID across all systems, including Google Drive and Jira, for easy identification and cross-referencing.
Financial Management: We maintain the project budget and oversee all financial transactions. This includes managing outgoing pay applications to the client and processing all incoming invoices from vendors and subcontractors. The Project ID is referenced on all invoices to ensure proper cost allocation.
Closeout & Warranty: We guide your project through the final stages to a successful conclusion. This includes managing the final punch list, compiling all Operation & Maintenance (O&M) manuals, and collecting as-built drawings and warranties.
